Completed B.A.(Hons.) from Punjab University & thereafter LLB, from Delhi University in the year 1966. From 1971-1977 was Additional Private Secretary to Minister of Law Justice & Company Affairs; in 1974 accompanied the Indian delegation to the UN Conference on law of the seas held in Caracus, Venezuela as legal advisor; in 1976 accompanied the Indian delegation to the UN Conference on law of the seas held in New York as legal advisor. From 1985-1991 was Deputy Registrar Delhi High Court and supervised the branches dealing with the original side of Delhi High Court. From 1992-1995 was Joint Registrar Delhi High Court. From 1995-1997 functioned as Registrar, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC); was Head of Office and as Head interacted and coordinated functioning of State Commissions, coordinated with Ministry of Consumer Affairs, NCDRC and State Consumer Forum in preparation of budget, framing of rules and fixing sittings of the NCDRC outside Delhi. Since 1998 is active legal practice.

Original founder of the Law Firm. Schooling from Air Force Bal Bharti School, Lodhi Estate and Graduation in Math (Hons.) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College Delhi University . On completing law joined Bar Council of Delhi in the year 1996. in the initial years practicing law in District Courts of Delhi and since year 2000 in High Courts of India and Supreme Court of India. Was on the panel of Union of India, New India Assurance Company. On the board of Directors of “The Kerala Law Journal”. Have been representing corporate and individual clients and prosecuting all kinds of matters pertaining to property, corporate disputes, family disputes, matrimonial etc.

SATISH CHOUDHARY

Worked in Life Insurance Corporation and thereafter for 20 years as Revenue Officer, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. During his tenure in service with the Revenue Department, he has spearheaded and handled high profile cases involving evasion of revenue running into several crores of rupees. Took Voluntary Retirement from Service in the year 2013 and since then is practicing law in the Courts of India.
